3 adapted books linked to the theme of Five Senses. All books come in b/w and col option. This is great for a Spec Ed or Autism Classroom / working with Spec Ed or students with Autism. The 3 books are suitable for 3 different levels of learners, they are a great way to differentiate between learners individual abilities and work on learning about their five senses. You can see the different books in the preview option. Each book comes with instructions included on the first page on how you can put this book together to get the best possible use out of it. The vocabulary is suitable for American and British/Canadian etc classrooms. Eg - colour and color. These books are great to help students build up and work on their sentences. It encourages students to select the correct words(symbols) to match the picture they are looking at as well as being able to place them in the correct order to build an appropriate sentence. All images/vocabulary is linked to the theme of Five Senses.

This resource is a great way for students to work on their sorting and categorising / categorizing skills. They are used with an Autism Classroom on a regular basis which have really helped to develop the children's understanding. As well as suiting an Autism Classroom, this resource would also benefit Spec Ed Classrooms and even Mainstream Classrooms.

It can help to encourage and promote reading and recognition of vocabulary related to objects found in a standard home.
